Yellow bright limpid robe. The nose is complex and pleasant, with white fruits aromas such as pear, orgeat syrup, praline and liquorice, surrounded with butter and brioche notes, thanks to the ageing in oak barrels. In mouth this wine has freshness and is powerful, it is precise, supple, with a subtle viscosity. The fruity and bakery aromas make it gorgeous, with a delicate minerality lingering on the palate.

 

 

Matches made in heaven

Fine and delicate, this Pouilly-Fuissé is an elegant partner for fish in cream sauces such as John Dory, turbot or lobster.  However, it will also pair beautifully with poultry, sweetbreads or goose foie gras.
